Mikhail Pavlov is heading the corporate Training Center with responsibilities of the staff professional education from the very beginning of its foundation. Mikhail inspires and coordinates development of effective and efficient system of corporate training at Auriga in accordance with business goals.

Mikhail contributes over 15 years of the diversified IT education experience to the position. His key areas of expertise are software testing: processes and procedures, test management, automated and manual testing technologies, along with standardization and certification of software development processes (ISO9000, CMM, CMMI), project management and service management (ITSM). Mikhail has headed the Training Center after working as SEPG manager. Prior to Auriga, Mikhail worked at Rosbank, holding the positions of Deputy Head of System Architecture and Project Management Section and Deputy Head of Technology Standards Section.

Mikhail holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and is an Associate Professor (Higher Mathematics).
