Voice/Fax/Call Processing System to SPARC Solaris Platform

Voice/Fax/Call Processing System to SPARC Solaris Platform

Client: telecom hardware vendor

Scope: The goal of the project is to make NMS CT Access software and several additional packages available on SPARC Solaris platform. Additional packages include Natural Fax (NFX), ISDN support, Real Time Fax (RTF), and Host Based Fusion (HBF).

Product Features:

  • CTAccess is a modular runtime and development environment for voice, fax, and call processing applications. It provides a simple and consistent standard application programming interface (API) for integrating and presenting telecommunication capabilities to an application.
  • CT Access standard features include telephony call control, voice record and playback, tone detection and generation, and industry-standard H.100 and Multi-Vendor Integration Protocol (MVIP™) switching support. CT Access is extensible, seamlessly integrating fax and speech recognition products to the environment.
  • NaturalFax™ provides multiple port, ITU Group 3 fax capability for Alliance Generation® (AG) computer telephony platforms and for the NaturalFax/AG™ family of intelligent fax boards. Utilizing Natural MicroSystems' Alliance Generation DSP architecture, NaturalFax provides a highly integrated, store-and-forward fax service on standard telephony interface boards, lowering overall system costs.
