Auriga Announces Relocation of Moscow Office to Expanded Facilities

AMHERST, NH, September 15, 2004 - Auriga Inc., a U.S.-Russian provider of offshore, offsite, and onsite software development services, has announced expansion of their operation in Moscow, Russia. The new office and engineering facility will accommodate recent impressive company growth, which exceeded 30% between Q1 and Q3.

Construction is complete for Auriga Software Development Center at a new 4-storey building designed specifically for Auriga. The facility is located at the site of Science and Research Center for Computer Technology (NICEVT) in Moscow, Russia. NICEVT is the designer of the Russian IBM-compatible mainframe architecture and one of the largest research and development institutions in Eastern Europe. Auriga has been working closely with this institution since 2001. Through NICEVT, Auriga also has access to Russia’s large intellectual resource of world-class scientists and engineers.

Auriga’s new building, leased from NICEVT for 10 years, includes purpose-built secure engineering facilities for each of Auriga’s offshore dedicated teams, spacious offices, meeting rooms of different sizes, training classrooms, tearoom, receptionist area, and a parking next to the building. The new working place will allow to house up to 180 employees.

The facility is fully protected externally and internally, with secure and restricted access to all sensitive resources. The office is monitored around the clock by both electronic security systems and security staff. Comprehensive network security is provided through Firewall, IPSec VPNs, and network analysis modules.

“We are all delighted with our new building,” said Alexis Sukharev, Auriga President and CEO. "This state-of-the-art facility has been custom designed to meet Auriga's strategic needs for growth and continued scalability. It will further enhance the ability for our clients to leverage all the benefits of Auriga offshore/onsite delivery model and will allow us to build on our position as one of Russia’s premier software outsourcing providers.”

Auriga will keep all the space it currently occupies in Moscow, including the office on Moscow State University grounds and the engineering facility in the NICEVT building, the longest edifice in Europe. With the new and old facilities, the company has plenty of room for future growth.
