Message from Vyacheslav Vanyulin, General Manager

Change is inevitable and probably the only constant thing in every business. In outsourcing, the ability to embrace change and use it to your advantage and to the benefit of your customers is especially important, because in a rapidly changing market, business requirements vary accordingly, so you need an outsourcing model that allows you to easily adjust a project on the fly to match the altered business reality.

We collaborate closely with our customers and do our best to stay up-to-date with market changes and transitions, maintain a clear idea of current trends, and provide innovative solutions to our customers’ business challenges.

What companies specifically like about working with Auriga is our ability to make the complex matter of outsourcing easy, beneficial, and even enjoyable.

We believe that outsourcing must solve problems, not create new ones. The client’s processes and practices should experience minimal alteration, and the project communications should guarantee the transparent, smooth, and timely exchange of information. Otherwise, outsourcing can lead to significant management overhead, miscommunication, and the frustration of in-house employees.

This approach calls for a vision, strategy, and solutions that can address the toughest challenges but at the same time benefit society and the environment. This is the course Auriga has followed since its foundation in 1990.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an important aspect of our business processes, and I’m extremely proud of the progress of our programs and the awareness we have been able to raise among our employees and local communities.

In FY13, we continued to embed CSR objectives into our business functions, processes, and performance goals. We used various tools to identify the issues most material to our business and focused our efforts on these areas to increase the impact.

To sum up, our CSR approach is to help create a positive impact by using our expertise, commitment, and partnerships. This is essential not only for people and our planet, but also for the long-term sustainability of our business.
