Q: I want to be working in your company. What should I do?

A: First, you need to email us your CV either in English or in Russian. You can find our vacancies on the Internet or at our website and send your resume to the address shown in adds. Please, be sure to specify your contact information, and the position you apply for. If your resume matches the requirements we have in our hot vacancies, our recruiters will get in touch with you within a couple of business days.

Q: How is a usual job interview conducted?

A: Our recruiter arranges an interview when it is convenient for you. If you are living in a different city, the first interview will be conducted by phone. However, to make a final decision we arrange personal on-site interview. During the interview we will tell you more about the vacancy, about the terms and conditions we have to offer you, about the plans for the nearest future. Our managers in their turn will ask you questions about your professional backgrounds and future plans and aspirations. Most interviews are followed by a professional skill test that takes 30 minutes in average. In general an interview takes about an hour. Usually we do try not split interviews into several levels, however, some situations require repeated meetings. In this case we will notify you in advance. The decision based on results of an interview is made in a short space of time. You will be notified by your recruiter about results.
